Authentic stone house is located in a quiet village of the Bay of Kotor, Morinj, about 600m from the sea.

The house is located in a row of stone houses and stands out with its large terrace in front of the house, as well as a plot of 207m2 located behind the house. The plot is suitable for building a swimming pool or a smaller facility.

The building requires a complete reconstruction. The maximum area of the house would be 125m2 including the ground floor, first level and attic.
