Only what you type into an enquiry form: your name, and a phone number or email address so we can reply. A message, and the property you were looking at, if you sent the form from a listing.

We do not ask for identity documents, financial data or anything else through this website. There is no account and no login.

Our servers do not set any cookie of their own. Analytics cookies are described in the Cookie Policy and are only set with your consent.

To answer your enquiry and to carry out steps you asked for before entering into a contract. That is the legal basis for the enquiry data: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps.

Analytics is used only where you have given consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Enquiries are kept for 24 months from our last contact with you, then deleted. If a purchase or sale follows, records are kept for as long as the law governing that transaction requires.

Resend, for sending the two emails an enquiry produces — one to us, one to you as confirmation.

Vercel, which hosts the site and its servers.

Supabase, which holds the property catalogue. It holds no personal data of visitors.

Map tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap when you open the map. Your IP address reaches them, as it does any server you load an image from.

Some of these providers operate outside Montenegro, including in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses those providers publish. We do not sell or trade personal data.

You may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. You may withdraw consent to analytics at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.

If you believe we have handled your data wrongly, you may complain to the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information of Montenegro, or to the supervisory authority in your own country if you are in the EU.
