The villa consists of 3 floors of 150 m2 each and an attic of 100 m2. It has been partially renovated and is intended to be used as a mini-hotel with 10 en suite rooms.

The ground floor is intended for a restaurant with a kitchen and an exit to the restaurant’s terrace. The first and second floors comprise 10 bedrooms, while the attic can be adapted to serve as an 11th bedroom or staff room.

The villa was built at the beginning of the 19th century and belonged to the Verona family, known for its rich history of sailors, merchants, doctors, and artists. It is located on the first line to the sea and has a private ponta.

The old town in Kotor is 5 km away, and the airport in Tivat is 11 km away.
