A four-story, contemporary mountain house located at an altitude of 1,000 m in the village of Dulovine in Kolasin, not far from the Biogradska Gora national park.

The house is located on a plot of approx. 900 m2, and is spread over 4 levels with a total area of approx. 300 m2.

The ground floor of the house consists of a spacious living room with large and numerous glass surfaces, a kitchen with a dining room, two terraces through which there is a connection with the courtyard of the house, an entrance hall, a bathroom, and a wardrobe.

The first floor consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a terrace.

The attic consists of a studio apartment with a bathroom, a workspace on the gallery, and a storage room.

Since 2017, when the construction was completed, the house has been awarded several times at prestigious architectural events in Spain, Germany, Slovenia, etc.

The Dulovine Forest Park and Botanical Garden are located in the immediate vicinity of the house, while the Kolašin 1450 and 1600 ski centers are located at a distance of 11 and 13 km, respectively.
